View all tickets you've raised, check their current status, and follow up with the ILTS team when needed.
You will receive an invitation email from Australian Target Systems. Open the email and click the Accept Invitation button to begin setting up your account.

After accepting the invitation, you will be prompted to create a password. Choose a strong password — at least 10 characters, including a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Open your web browser and navigate to: https://www.ilts.au/
The ILTS portal homepage
Click the Sign In button on the homepage. Enter your email address and the password you created. Once signed in, you will have full access to the portal — raising tickets, viewing your ticket history, and accessing technical data for your range.
Use this when you need to report a fault, request assistance, or escalate a technical issue with equipment on your range.
After signing in, your dashboard gives access to the three main portal functions — raise a ticket, view logged tickets, or access technical data for your range.

The portal shows helpful information at the top of the ticket form — including definitions of common terms and the maintenance checklist. Read this before filling in your details.

Scroll down to the submission area and fill in the details. Be as specific as possible — include:
- Which piece of equipment is affected, add the catalogue and serial number if known
- What the problem is — describe what you see or hear
- When the issue first started
- Any steps already taken to resolve it

Click Submit. An on-screen confirmation will appear confirming your ticket has been logged, and a confirmation email will be sent to the address on your account.

Click My Tickets from the main navigation. This displays all tickets you have raised along with their current status.

Each ticket displays a current status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Received and awaiting review |
| In Progress | The ILTS team is actively working on your issue |
| Awaiting Information | The team needs more details from you — check the ticket |
| Resolved | Your issue has been addressed |
| Closed | The ticket has been finalised |
The maintenance checklist must be completed and submitted once per week. It ensures all range equipment remains in safe, operational condition and supports your compliance records.
Sign in and navigate to the Weekly Maintenance Checklist tab. Review all listed tasks before beginning your physical inspection.

Carry out all required physical checks on your range equipment as listed. This must be completed on-site before submitting the form.
To log your completed maintenance in the portal:
- Enter the date of completion
- Tick the acknowledgement box confirming all checks have been carried out
- Click Submit
Your submission is recorded against your account and range for compliance tracking.
- 1Check all mechanisms and H-Bars for any damage, ensure free from foreign obstacles and all interconnecting cables are not frayed / broken or stressed and are correctly connected.
- 2Clean all mechanisms and H-Bars of any debris.
- 3Replace target boards as required, paying particular attention to fitting and aligning targets correctly in the target holders.
- 4Align H-Bars to the firing point as required.
- 5Check IVDU's and Lane Initiators for damage and correct placement.
- 6Check mover rail and belt systems to ensure free from obstructions.
- 7Conduct a full system and device check of all devices using the Range Supervising Computer.
- 8Check all IVDU's are functioning and communicating with the range computer.
- 9Check all mechanisms and H-Bars for any damage, ensure free from foreign obstacles and all interconnecting cables are not frayed / broken or stressed and are correctly connected.
- 10Clean all mechanisms and H-Bars of any debris.
- 11Initiate corrective action regarding any issues that may have arisen via ILTS Helpdesk Portal.
Equipment Manuals
The Technical Data tab holds the latest manuals for all equipment on your range — updated centrally so you always have the current version.
Range-Specific
Data is filtered by the range you select — you only see documentation relevant to your site's equipment.
After signing in, click the Technical Data tab from the top navigation bar, or click the Range Technical Data button on your dashboard.

Use the range selector to choose your site. The portal displays only the manuals relevant to your range. Click any manual to open or download it.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email and follow the instructions in the reset email. Check your Junk or Spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Check your Junk or Spam folder for an email from Australian Target Systems. If it's not there, contact your ILTS site coordinator and ask them to have the invitation resent.
Check your ticket's status under My Tickets. If it shows Awaiting Information, the team may have asked a question — respond promptly. If still Open after several business days and urgent, contact ILTS support directly through the portal.
Ensure you have selected the correct range using the range selector. If your range doesn't appear in the list, your account may not be linked to it — raise a support ticket to request access.
Once per week. Set a recurring reminder to ensure this is never missed — weekly submissions form part of your range's compliance record.
Yes. The ILTS portal works on any modern browser on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Navigate to https://www.ilts.au/ and sign in as normal.
